Press Release
Habitant We left the fields and mountains, built wall, ceilings and fences; we built constructions to protect, isolate and separate ourselves. We didn’t feel attached to where we came from so we started building a variety of structures as our new habitats. Does living in these structures mean leaving what we used to be behind? Will there be a day when we leave these structures to build something else? We abandon ourselves just as we left the other species and our previous homes. The quality of this abandonment is something like loneliness. It allows us to stand outside of ourselves and our world and enables us to gaze into this loneliness and abandonment. -Pegah Rajamand
